Stopping the Islamification of Michigan: Preserving American Culture, Law, and Sovereignty

Michigan has experienced rapid demographic and cultural changes in certain areas, particularly Dearborn, Hamtramck, and parts of the Detroit metro, where parallel societies based on Islamic norms have emerged. These trends threaten women’s rights, free speech, religious liberty, and the American way of life. The Michigan First Movement will halt further Islamification through lawful, constitutional measures that prioritize American law, assimilation, and the protection of our state’s Christian heritage and Western values.

All actions will fully comply with the U.S. Constitution, the Michigan Constitution, and federal law. The focus is on behavior, ideology, and legal supremacy, not on peaceful, assimilated Muslim Americans.

Core Policies

1. Legal Supremacy and Anti-Sharia Measures

• American Law Supremacy Act: Enact legislation declaring that no foreign law, including Sharia, may be recognized or enforced in Michigan courts, contracts, or public institutions where it conflicts with the U.S. or Michigan Constitution. This includes family law, criminal matters, contracts, and arbitration.

• Ban on Parallel Legal Systems: Prohibit Sharia councils, tribunals, or any alternative dispute resolution that undermines constitutional rights (especially for women and children).

• Women’s and Children’s Protection: Strengthen enforcement against forced marriages, female genital mutilation (FGM), honor-based violence, and polygamy. Mandatory reporting and severe penalties.

2. Immigration and Assimilation Enforcement

• Full Cooperation with Federal Immigration Authorities: Support mass deportation operations targeting illegal immigrants, criminal aliens, visa overstays, and individuals with ties to extremism or designated terrorist organizations.

• Assimilation Requirements: Require all legal immigrants and refugees to complete civics education on American values, constitutional rights, and secular governance. English proficiency and renunciation of supremacist ideologies as conditions for permanent residency or citizenship benefits in state programs.

• Refugee and Immigration Moratorium: Call for a temporary pause on refugee resettlement in high-concentration areas until full assimilation and vetting standards are met. Prioritize immigrants from culturally compatible backgrounds who demonstrate commitment to American principles.

3. Public Safety and Counter-Extremism

• Operation Michigan Shield Expansion: Enhance intelligence sharing and task forces to monitor and disrupt Islamist extremism, including support for groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR (where evidence of terror links exists), and Salafist networks.

• No-Go Zone Prevention: Aggressive policing and community engagement to prevent the formation of areas where American law is not fully enforced. Zero tolerance for Sharia patrols, blasphemy enforcement, or parallel policing.

• Terror Watchlist Action: Immediate state cooperation with federal authorities to deport or prosecute individuals on terror watchlists or with material support ties to ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah, or similar groups.

4. Cultural and Educational Preservation

• Curriculum Reform: Mandate that public schools teach unvarnished American and Western history, including the history of Islamic conquests, the treatment of non-Muslims under Sharia, and the superiority of constitutional governance. Ban curricula that promote multiculturalism at the expense of American exceptionalism.

• Limits on Foreign Funding: Prohibit public universities and schools from accepting funding from foreign governments or entities tied to Islamist ideology (e.g., Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey).

• Free Speech Protections: Strengthen laws against true threats, intimidation, and hate speech used to silence critics of radical Islam. Protect whistleblowers and journalists exposing Islamification.

5. Demographic and Community Safeguards

• Local Zoning and Community Standards: Empower local governments to enforce zoning and occupancy rules that prevent the rapid transformation of neighborhoods into ethnic enclaves.

• Voter and Census Integrity: Strict enforcement of citizenship verification for voting and accurate census counting to prevent political manipulation by concentrated immigrant blocs.

Implementation

• Legislative Package: Introduce the Michigan American Culture Preservation and Sovereignty Act as a comprehensive bill covering Sharia bans, assimilation requirements, education reform, and enforcement tools.

• Task Force: Create a bipartisan (or nonpartisan expert-led) commission to monitor Islamification trends, recommend policies, and report annually to the public.

• Partnerships: Work with the Trump administration on federal immigration enforcement and with local sheriffs for community-level action.

• Transparency: Annual public reports on demographic shifts, assimilation metrics, extremism incidents, and policy outcomes.
