Securing Michigan: Mass Deportation Enforcement and Terrorist Removal Initiative

The Michigan First Movement prioritizes the safety, sovereignty, and prosperity of Michigan citizens above all else. Illegal immigration and the presence of criminal aliens, national security threats, and domestic terrorists strain public resources, endanger communities, and undermine the rule of law. This policy commits Michigan to full cooperation with federal immigration enforcement while advancing state-level actions to protect our people. We support lawful, large-scale deportation operations targeting at least 50 million removable individuals nationally, with Michigan contributing its fair share through aggressive partnership. All actions will strictly follow the U.S. Constitution, federal statutes, and due process.

Core Policy: Mass Deportation Enforcement

• Full State-Federal Partnership: Direct all Michigan law enforcement agencies (state police, sheriffs, local police) to honor 100% of ICE detainers and fully cooperate with federal immigration authorities. Provide state resources, facilities, and personnel for expedited removals.

• Priority Targets for Removal:

  • Criminal offenders (felonies, DUIs, domestic violence, gang members).

  • National security threats and known terrorists.

  • Recent illegal border crossers and visa overstays.

  • Individuals with final removal orders who remain in Michigan.

  • Fraudulent Paper Work.

• State-Level Enforcement Tools:

  • Mandate E-Verify for all employers, with escalating fines and license revocation for repeat violators.

  • Prohibit sanctuary policies; withhold state funding from non-compliant localities.

  • Require proof of legal status for state benefits, driver’s licenses (beyond federal minimums), and professional licenses.

  • Partner with bordering states for coordinated interior enforcement.

• Target Scale: Michigan will support and facilitate the removal of its proportional share of the national goal of at least 1 million deportations, focusing on public safety threats first. Annual reporting on removals, cost savings to taxpayers, and crimes prevented.

Terrorist Ousting and National Security Threats

• Operation Michigan Shield: Establish a dedicated task force (state police, Attorney General, local law enforcement, and federal partners) to identify, monitor, prosecute, and remove:

  • Members or supporters of designated foreign terrorist organizations (ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas, etc.).

  • Domestic violent extremists, including Antifa-affiliated individuals engaged in riots, assaults, property destruction, or conspiracy to overthrow constitutional government.

  • Any individuals on federal terror watchlists or with credible evidence of material support for terrorism.

• Legal Tools:

  • Aggressive use of state material support for terrorism statutes and federal immigration removal processes.

  • Enhanced information sharing with DHS, FBI, and ICE.

  • Civil asset forfeiture for terror-related financing.

  • Denaturalization referrals for naturalized citizens involved in fraud or terrorism.

• Prevention Measures:

  • Ban state funding or contracts with organizations credibly linked to terrorist groups or designated terror supporters.

  • Prohibit glorification or material support of terrorist acts on public property or with taxpayer funds.

  • Mandatory reporting by public institutions of suspected terrorist activity or recruitment.

Additional Public Safety and Resource Protection Measures

• Criminal Alien Incarceration Reimbursement: Bill the federal government for costs of housing criminal illegal immigrants and pursue full reimbursement.

• Victim Support: Establish a fund (from seized assets and fines) to compensate Michigan victims of crimes committed by illegal immigrants or terrorists.

• Border Security Support: Deploy Michigan National Guard or state resources to assist federal border efforts if requested, and support physical barriers and technology at the southern border.

• Metrics and Transparency: Quarterly public reports on deportations facilitated, terrorists removed, crimes prevented, and taxpayer savings. Independent audits to ensure due process and effectiveness.

• All operations will respect due process, equal protection, and individual rights under the Constitution.

• Focus remains on unlawful presence, criminal activity, and national security threats — not lawful immigrants or citizens.

• The Movement will defend these policies in court and advocate for federal legislation that strengthens interior enforcement.

Michigan cannot afford open borders, sanctuary chaos, or tolerance of terrorism in any form. By enforcing immigration law at scale and removing those who threaten our safety, we reclaim resources for American citizens, deter future illegal activity, and restore peace in our communities.
