• Fraud Elimination: Systematic attack on all forms of immigration-related fraud, including fake documents, sham marriages, fraudulent asylum claims, and identity theft used to access benefits.

1. State-Level Immigration Enforcement

• E-Verify Mandate: Require universal E-Verify for all employers, with steep fines and license revocation for repeat violators. No exceptions for agriculture or other industries.

• Sanctuary Ban: Prohibit all sanctuary policies. Withhold state funding from any city, county, or institution that refuses to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

• Benefits Verification: Require proof of legal U.S. citizenship or qualified legal status for all state-funded benefits, including Medicaid, welfare, housing assistance, and in-state tuition. Cross-check with federal SAVE and other databases.
