Banning Foreign and Subversive Influence Networks: Targeting CAIR, Muslim Brotherhood, Soros-Linked Operations, Arabella Advisors, and Dark Money Threats
Foreign-linked organizations and dark money networks have infiltrated Michigan politics, education, and civil society, advancing agendas that undermine American sovereignty, constitutional values, and public safety. Groups like CAIR (with documented ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and past terror financing concerns), the broader Muslim Brotherhood network, Soros-funded operations, the Arabella Advisors dark money complex, and similar Democrat-aligned NGO webs have been exposed for funding a color revolution, ideological warfare, and influence operations. The Michigan First Movement will ban taxpayer support for these threats, enforce transparency, and cut off their operations in our state.
All actions will be based on evidence, due process, and existing legal authorities.
Core Policy: Zero Taxpayer Support for Subversive Networks
Designation and Ban: Prohibit all state, local, and public institution funding, contracts, partnerships, or facilities access for designated subversive networks.
Transparency First: Full donor disclosure and foreign agent registration for any organization operating in Michigan with significant foreign or dark money ties.
Specific Targets and Actions
1. CAIR and Muslim Brotherhood Network
CAIR Designation: Ban all state cooperation, funding, or contracts with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) due to its documented history as an unindicted co-conspirator in terror financing cases, ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, and pattern of activity undermining national security and community cohesion.
Muslim Brotherhood Affiliates: Extend the ban to any organization with verifiable links to the Muslim Brotherhood or designated Islamist networks. Prohibit Sharia-influenced programs in public institutions.
Enforcement: Immediate termination of existing partnerships. Audit past funding and recover misspent taxpayer dollars.
2. Soros, Arabella Advisors, and Democrat Dark Money Networks
Dark Money Ban: Prohibit any state or local government entity from accepting funds, contracts, or partnerships with organizations funded primarily through opaque donor-advised funds, Arabella Advisors network, or similar dark money structures (including but not limited to Tides Foundation, Sixteen Thirty Fund, and other pass-through entities).
Soros-Linked Operations: Ban state contracts or grants with entities substantially funded by George Soros or his Open Society Foundations when they engage in political advocacy, criminal justice reform that weakens law and order, or election-related activities.
Full Disclosure Mandate: Any nonprofit or advocacy group operating in Michigan must disclose all donors contributing over $5,000 if they engage in policy, education, or election influence. Failure results in loss of tax-exempt status at the state level and bans on public funding.
3. Broader Foreign and Subversive Threat Elimination
Foreign Adversary Ban: Extend prohibitions to any entity linked to the Chinese Communist Party, Qatar, Turkey, Iran, or other adversarial nations.
Election Integrity Protection: Ban all foreign or dark money involvement in Michigan elections, ballot initiatives, or voter mobilization efforts.
Education and Civil Society Scrutiny: Prohibit public schools and universities from partnering with or receiving funding from banned networks for curriculum, training, or programming.
4. Enforcement Mechanisms
Influence Oversight Commission: Independent body with subpoena power to investigate, designate, and recommend bans on subversive networks.
Whistleblower Incentives: Substantial rewards for exposing hidden funding flows or influence operations.
Penalties: Civil fines, loss of state tax benefits, contract termination, and criminal referral for violations involving fraud or foreign agent registration failures.
Asset Review: Audit and potential forfeiture of assets tied to illegal or subversive activities.
5. Positive Alternatives
Support genuine American-led civil rights, community, and philanthropic organizations that operate transparently and align with constitutional values.
Promote civic education that reinforces American exceptionalism and warns against foreign ideological infiltration.
Implementation
Immediate Executive Action: Direct state agencies to terminate existing ties with listed networks.
Legislation: Pass the Michigan Foreign and Dark Money Influence Prohibition Act.
Transparency Dashboard: Public list of banned or restricted organizations with evidence summaries and funding trails.
Expected Outcomes
Elimination of taxpayer support for anti-American and foreign-linked networks.
Reduced ideological infiltration in education, policy, and elections.
Restoration of transparency and accountability in Michigan’s public sphere.
Stronger protection of Michigan sovereignty and American values.
Michigan will not be a playground for foreign influence operations or billionaire-funded dark money machines. Whether from Islamist networks, Soros operations, Arabella-style complexes, or any other source, external subversion ends here.
American Sovereignty Only. No Foreign or Dark Money Influence.
Michigan First. Transparency First.
This platform will be introduced immediately. We call on all citizens who want clean government and American priorities to demand its passage.
Cut the Strings. Restore the Republic. Michigan First.
