Dismantling the Deep State: Full Accountability for COVID Crimes, Election Fraud, and Treasonous Actions

A network of unelected bureaucrats, entrenched politicians, intelligence officials, and corporate allies often called the Deep State, has repeatedly abused power, violated public trust, and placed their own interests above the American people. From COVID policy failures and potential crimes against humanity to widespread election irregularities and fraud (Elissa Slotkin is an illegititamate Senator), these actions have caused immense harm. The Michigan First Movement demands a ruthless, lawful, and permanent dismantling of this unaccountable apparatus. We will chop the head off the snake through aggressive investigations, prosecutions, and structural reforms so that such betrayal never happens again.

All actions will be conducted under the Constitution, with due process, and based on evidence.

Core Policy: Total Accountability and Structural Destruction

• No Amnesty, No Forgiveness: Full exposure and legal consequences for those who committed crimes or gross violations of public trust. Public Hangings for serious crimes against humanity or high treason. 

• Permanent Structural Reforms: Eliminate the ability of any future Deep State network to operate with impunity.

Key Actions

1. Full Investigations and Prosecutions

• COVID Crimes Task Force: Independent commission with subpoena power to investigate:

  • Origins of the virus and potential lab leak cover-ups.

  • Lockdown policies, school closures, and economic destruction without scientific basis.

  • Vaccine mandates, data manipulation, and suppression of dissenting medical opinions.

  • Contracts, kickbacks, and conflicts of interest involving pharmaceutical companies and public officials.

  • Refer all criminal findings to prosecutors for charges including fraud, civil rights violations, and, where evidence supports, treason or sedition.

• Election Integrity Commission: Full forensic audit and criminal investigation into 2020 (and subsequent) elections in Michigan, focusing on fraud, ballot manipulation, foreign interference, and official misconduct. Public release of all evidence. Prosecute all involved parties to the fullest extent of the law.

• Deep State Network Investigation: Broad probe into intelligence agencies, federal bureaucracies, NGOs, and private partners operating in Michigan for abuses of power, censorship, lawfare, and unconstitutional surveillance.

2. Punishing the Guilty 

• Asset Forfeiture and Restitution: Seize assets of individuals and organizations convicted of COVID-related fraud or election crimes. Use recovered funds for victim restitution (affected families, businesses, and taxpayers).

• Lifetime Bans: Permanent disqualification from public office, government contracts, pensions, and lobbying for anyone convicted of these offenses.

• Civil Lawsuits: Support and protect victims filing civil suits against officials and entities responsible for harm.

• No Statute of Limitations: Suspend statutes where evidence was previously concealed or newly discovered.

3. Structural Reforms to End the Deep State Forever

• Agency Elimination and Sunsets: Mass downsizing of federal-aligned bureaucracies operating in Michigan. Automatic expiration of agencies and programs unless reauthorized.

• Whistleblower Supercharged: Ironclad protections and massive rewards for insiders exposing Deep State abuses.

• Transparency Mandates: Full declassification and public release of relevant COVID and election documents. Ban secret funding streams and unaccountable “public-private partnerships.”

• Personnel Reform: Loyalty oaths to the Constitution (with real enforcement). Ban revolving door between government and the industries they regulate. Limit terms for high-level bureaucrats.

• Defund and Dismantle: Cut all funding for programs and offices proven to have engaged in censorship, election interference, or rights violations.

4. Michigan-Specific Protections

• State Sovereignty Defense: Use nullification where lawful and maximum resistance to unconstitutional federal overreach.

• Local Law Enforcement Empowerment: Equip sheriffs and prosecutors with resources to pursue state-level charges for election fraud and public health crimes.

• Public Reporting: Annual “Deep State Accountability Report” detailing investigations, convictions, funds recovered, and reforms achieved.

• Special Prosecutor Authority: Appoint aggressive, independent prosecutors dedicated to these cases.

• Legislation: Pass the Michigan Deep State Accountability and Constitutional Restoration Act.

• Citizen Oversight: Public dashboards tracking progress on investigations and reforms.
